Mrs. Bond and Mr. Tenebruso are excited for another great year in physical education. We are looking forward to our 4th Annual Ben Franklin Minute and Jump Rope for Heart event in the New Year.
The main focus of our physical education program is gaining a healthy lifestyle for our students and continuing it as they get older. We hope the skills and lessons that have been taught will be applied to real-world experiences. This year, Mrs. Bond and Mr. Tenebruso will focus on wellness, movement, fitness, team building activities, loco motor skills, sport skills, sportsmanship, teamwork and cooperation. All classes perform dynamic and static exercises as their warm-up.
